It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we collect while operating this website. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and when we disclose it to third parties, including Wiley where relevant to delivering Everything DiSC® assessments and certification. It applies only to information collected through this website and does not extend to information collected through other channels, such as in-person workshops or offline forms. Together with our Terms and Conditions, it governs your use of this website; certain activities, such as taking an assessment or enrolling in certification, may require you to agree to additional terms.

1

Information we collect

a) Information you provide directly, including through:

  • The contact/enquiry form (name, work email, phone, company name, designation, location, service of interest, how you heard about us, and your message)
  • The free DiSC Mini-Assessment and "Know Your DiSC Style" tool (name, email, and your assessment responses)
  • Certification enrollment and download forms (name, work email, company, designation)
  • Blog subscriptions or comments (username and email address)

b) Assessment and certification data. Where you complete an Everything DiSC® assessment or enrol in certification, your responses and results may be processed on Wiley's assessment platform in addition to our own systems, since Wiley owns and licenses the underlying psychometric tool. We only use this data to deliver your assessment report, certification, or related facilitation support, never for unrelated marketing profiling.

c) Information collected automatically, such as browser type, language preference, referring site, IP address, and date/time of visit, gathered through standard web server logs and analytics/cookies.

3

Where we rely on your consent, for example to send you marketing communications, that consent is free, specific, informed, and can be withdrawn at any time as easily as it was given, using the contact details in Section 9.
